We would like to thank Ms. Snow and her team at the Department of Commerce for having us to serve them again this year for their annual Team and Family Day at Watkins Park. Though it rained as we were approaching the finish line of grilling food and frying food, the mission was completed and everyone enjoyed themselves. Once our cooking starts, if we can help it, the cooking will not stop. We are practicing professionals of our craft!

19 years ago, a Wonderful and Beautiful young lady took a chance on and said the words "I Do" to this sanly insane Soldier! She has been the reason to my unreasoning, the thinking to my unthinking, the "Don't Do" to my "Do," and the "I got your back" when I feeling this by myself! I have an URGENT request! A wonderful and great friend of mine lost her house due to a fire in which she and her God Son both suffered 2nd degree burns. I have watched this Wonderful young lady go from being a security officer to achieving her dreams of becoming a DC Police Officer! We are now accepting orders for our Fried Turkey's, Grilled Turkeys and Smoked Turkey's for both Thanksgiving and Christmas! We are also accepting orders for our Smoked, Grilled, and Deep Fried Ribs. Ribs are $40 per Slab (9 - 13 bones per slab) and Turkey's are $70 each up to 18 pounds additional $10 per pound applies to any turkey requested over 18 pounds. We cannot guarantee the exact weight of any Turkey as no Turkey is the exact weight. With our continued efforts going with the various shelters, and feeding the homless, if you purchase 2 Turkey's and donate the other, we will ship and/or deliver (if local) your Turkey or Ribs free of charge. Order sides for yourself as well as those who are less fortunate and not only will you receive free shipping/local delivery, you will also receive and additional 5% off. Just mention in the comments what it is you are donating and we will take care of the rest. Our goal is to raise $30,000 this holiday season. $10,000 to award a young lady who is a high school Junior the opportunity to go to Massachusetts and attend a summer session of medical school, $14,000 to feed and clothe our homeless within the DMV and $6000 to feed the men of the Men's Shelter along with the Women and Children of the Women and Children Shelter in Prince George's County Maryland for New Years Eve and New Years Day.
