General Terms and Conditions:
The “customer” referred to as the person booking Instabooth Philippines for their event agrees to the following terms and conditions when hiring “equipment” from Instabooth Philippines referred to as “the Company”. The hire period shall terminate at the time and date stated in the request form unless otherwise agreed upon. If the hire period needs to be extended th
en an additional hourly charge will be applicable and should inform the crew at least one (1) hour before the operational end time. Hire Charges
Equipment is hired on a minimum of three (3) hours. Extension will be on an hourly basis as per the rates outlined in the company’s Price List. Booking and Re-booking
Booking and re-booking shall be made at least 7 days prior to event date depending on the availability of the proposed date. In the event of conflict due to re-booking, the customer may opt to choose a different date or cancel the booking. Deposit and Payment
The deposited amount forms part of the total payment due for the hire and should be deposited to the account of the company. A 50% of the total agreed price must be deposited to secure a booking with balance payable at the end of the event. Delivery and Removal of Equipment
The equipment will be set-up one (1) hour before the stated start time in the request form. Removal of equipment will start at the end of time otherwise stated or extended. Cancellation of Hire
If the customer, for any reason, terminates a booked hire, then the following fees will apply:
If cancelled within 30 days from event date – 100% of the deposited amount will be refunded
If cancelled within 15 days from event date – 50% of the deposited amount will be refunded
If cancelled within 7 days from event date – 20% of the deposited amount will be refunded
Company’s Right to Terminate Hire
The company may terminate the hire three (3) hours before the stated start time with valid reason provided. If company terminates the hire, 100% of the deposited amount will be refunded. The company will not be responsible to the customer for any loss they may claim to have suffered in respect of such termination. Copyright of Images
Images created by the company remain the property of the company and may be used for promotional purposes. Branding of Photo Prints
The resulting photo prints produced by the photo booth, both digital and physical, shall display the Company’s details unless a fee is charged or otherwise arranged. Add Ons

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Once the deposit is made to the account of the company, the customer is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of hire.
