Open Sesame have been honing and crafting their street food skills for eight years, developing cooking styles and unique recipes that fuse together fresh, modern flavours with a Persian influence. During the summer months they are usually found at large music festivals across the country - but this year they will be residing at The Rousdon Village Bakery, realising a life long ambition - to cook on fire.
Having just completed a culinary master class at WhitePepper, Open Sesame are raring to go, and will be showcasing some old favourties along side some new stars. Expect Venn Farm Tomahawk steaks, Mushroom Shwarma Kebabs, Brixham Lobster and Portland Bay Oysters, plus some exceptional local lagers and wines. They will be keeping it simple and running as a takeaway to begin with, with the inside seating area open but no booking necessary - just pop down, order and take away or grab a seat on a first come first served basis.
Everything we’ve learned, and every thing we love has gone into this menu. We hope you love it as much as we do. Chris, Claire & the Open Sesame Team.
