As the Festival of Lights approaches, I can't help but reminisce about the warmth and love that fills our home during Chanukah. The laughter, the stories, the traditions, and of course, the food. One of my favorite traditions is setting the table with Coastal Gourmet’s Hot Smoked Salmon from Costco.

This isn't just any salmon. It's a delicacy that brings back a flood of memories. The rich, smoky flavor reminds me of the love and care my grandmother put into preparing our Chanukah meals.
