Appreciation post ✨ Belle of the Ball wrapped up our first half of wedding season with 16 weddings in 10 weeks -> & I could not have done it without these two. A few weeks ago at a wedding, one of the guests asked us “how do you do this every weekend?!” and we replied - “you just gotta love it!” and guess what?! WE DO!

We will all be recharging, catching up on the admin side of the wedding world and enjoying some time with our families.

Just a Bride, Groom and an epic moment for the veil 😍

February is a busy admin month for us! We have a long list of to-do’s as we get ready to prep for the season.

✨ online facelift! It’s time I buckle down and get serious about creating an online presence that reflects in its truest form. Website design, social media audit, SEO update etc.. In the past I’ve managed this side of the business myself but I’m handing it over to the professionals this time to get the best results.

✨ client outreach! We are 3 months away from May which means partial packages have kicked in. We have tastings coming up, vendor calls and timelines to work out 💥

✨ vision boards! Wrapping up some vision board details. Many of our couples who got engaged over the holiday season added on the design assistance service. We created a custom vision board to showcase their day and now it is time to pull in the best vendors to execute it. I highly recommend this service for the couples who need help visualizing their design or for the ones who are working on a short planning window!

To the Mamas 🤍 One thing I’ve learned while working in this industry is that most of us are running businesses while raising our little ones. Our days start early and end late. We squeeze in an 8 hour work day in a 2 hour nap. We schedule our calls around school pick ups, dance class and soccer practice. We show up for our couples only a few weeks after giving birth. We’ve answered emails and completed timelines while in the labor and delivery room, moments away from giving birth. Our children are destroying the house while we take calls and answer emails.

While most of us will be sleeping in tomorrow due to our wedding vendor hangovers, I applaud you for your dedication to your couples, showing up for your family every single day and just being a bad ass boss Mama 💪🏻
