Fresh fish caught on our recent trip back home to the island of Barbados!

The idea for Heads and Tails comes from family traditions and experiences from the islands across the Caribbean.

In the Caribbean, there are many seafood and fish dishes but fish is often served as a whole fish hence our name Heads and Tails. 🐟🍟
