Daisy and Dandelion Cakes Cake creations for all those Special Occasions...... Daisy and Dandelion Cakes was established by Sharon Bradford in Co.Wicklow, Ireland in 2016.

After training at Silwood Kitchens, Cape Town, running my own catering business and working for the “Queen of Weddings” in Cape Town, I crossed the oceans (yes I married an Irishman) and landed in Ireland, a place I just adore. My younger years spent on a farm in Africa instilled a great love for the countryside and there is no better place than County Wicklow – to walk my dog and enjoy some “me t

ime”. When I’m not teaching at a local cookery school and doing food styling with wonderful photographers, I’m passionately creating funky trendy yummy dessert cakes for your next special occasion. My ethos is ……………….Cakes must be masterpieces that taste as good as they look.
