* Clothes are an indicator of rank.
* A jacket is a sign of authority.
* A good hem length is 2"-2-1/2" below the knee.
* A good heel height is 1"-1/2" to 2".
* Take your personal coloring into account when choosing colors.
* Dull colors give the illusion of a more compact size; bright colors and bold colors
create an impression of greater size.
* Scarves, chokers, and close fitting necklaces "shortens" the neck.
