I’ve been posting a lot of autumn weddings lately because I’m so in love with the colour palettes at this time of year. N&M’s wedding was warm yet crisp and welcoming like a cup of warm apple cider🤎🍂🍁

Bridal Bouquets ~ wedding attire often dictates the size of the bouquet but more and more folks are opting for a smaller bouquet with thoughtful placement and unique blooms vs. Larger statement pieces and this is a trend that I’m here for. This bouquet stole my heart with its warm tones and the small cute white scabiosa bringing that gorgeous texture.

When in France 🇫🇷

and I luxuriously woke up in the French countryside, drove to the Nice flower market to pick up accent blooms for bridal bouquet. I’ll always remember how magnificent that felt.

Looking back at these photos, I had no idea what was coming for me. I was told many times to “enjoy my sleep now” but not told as much how much my heart would grow when I meet my child. Mind you, the sleep deprivation is real, but the goodness of motherhood far outweighs the tougher bits.

Ambrose is a month old now (hard to believe). I’m not sure where the time has gone but watching him grow has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

As a business owner, I knew a traditional maternity leave was not in the cards for me, but I’m so grateful that I can still work on my business on my own flexible schedule thanks to the incredible team at the studio and my incredible partner at home. Now, more than ever, do I feel so confident that I can truly have it all, without buying into the lie we’re fed that one or the other will always suffer. Women are truly magnificent.

I’m forever grateful for this time with my family, this phase of my business and all that’s to come. I told you big changes were coming and we’re only scratching the surface.
