The Shropshire Dungeon Master

Want to try something new? Struggling to keep a group together for more than a game or two? Always wanted to play but always too nervous to try, or could never find anyone to teach you?

Dungeons & Dragons is a cooperative story telling experience, run by a Dungeon Master but enacted by groups of player-run characters. There are rules and restrictions, but in a broad sense your options are infinite, so long as you’re willing to face the consequences of your actions.

My name is Joel, I have been a Dungeon Master and role-playing enthusiast for 10 years. I’ve run games at events for many years for new and experienced players alike, and it’d be a pleasure to introduce you to my favourite hobby. Dungeons & Dragons - and similar table-top roleplaying games - are amazing experiences that can teach you so much about team work, creative problem solving, improvisation, and cooperative story telling. They’re also ridiculously fun, because nothing goes according to plan, and when you’re in a fantasy world with a bunch of your friends and playing a character with incredible power, all bets are off!

Games are £60 for a 3 hour session (+£15 per hour after), for groups of 4-6 people. Characters are available pre-generated, you can create your own. Check the Services page for details about available games. You can contact me here for bookings, or call 07454797995.
