The perfect spot to say "I do". ✨

Atop a hill and backdropped by trees and blue skies, our 9x27m Petal Pole marquee served as the space for this beautiful wedding.

Guests followed a festoon fashioned path into a breathtaking interior, with transparent windows providing amazing views of the surrounding countryside. A catering tent attached on one end enabled service to flow smoothly, ensuring everything was ready to go for the big day.

Another busy day for our team as we completed the initial stages of this beautiful 12x24m Traditional Pole wedding.

Keeping the space simple really helped nail the authentic, Summer vibe the couple was aiming for. Transparent sides were used to let natural light shine through, doubling as a perfect way to allow guests to admire the surrounding views.

There's still a while to go before it's ready for the big day, but the space is already showing signs of an incredible event to come.

Small in size, yet big on charm. 🥂

An intimate marquee wedding set right there in the couple's garden. To avoid feeling cramped, the setup used transparent sides, helping to craft the illusion of a grander and more open interior.

A coir mat runway served as the perfect way to lead guests into the space, where they were greeted with a beautiful dining area. Rustic trestle tables helped optimise the available space and allowed the event to stay small whilst accommodating the guest list.

As guests stepped inside this breathtaking wedding interior, they walked into a world of floral pieces and cascading lights. ✨

This beautiful space was crafted inside our Petal Pole marquee, using round tables and crossback chairs for a spaced out and conversational style of dining. Transparent sides allowed natural light to seep through, letting the room feel fresh and vibrant.

Mixing rustic charm into your big day. ✨

Letting your event bubble out into the surrounding outdoor space is one way to create an authentic and stylish countryside aesthetic. Often we see couples place garden furniture or barrels on the outskirts of their marquee, allowing guests to catch up over a few drinks whilst taking in the scenery.

There's a lot to love about this picture perfect wedding ceremony.

The couple kept things simple, positioning white garden furniture on either side of the aisle, transforming the outdoor space into one fit for the occasion.

The location wasn't chosen at random either - the greenhouse served as a gorgeous backdrop for the event, adding onto the already bright Summer aesthetic.

A perfect day, the perfect setting. ✨

Tucked away in the countryside, this marquee wedding strayed far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life for some much needed peace and quiet.

The main 9x21m Petal Pole marquee accommodated the large guest list and ensured plenty of space for both dining and entertainment. The entire setup was backdropped by a magnificent country manor, creating an impressive effect that left lasting impressions.

These included rigging and connecting the interior lights, which helped to craft a soft glow and bring a hint of magic to the evening air. We also finalised the catering tents, ensuring everything was ready for the big day ahead.

A look at this beautiful outdoor ceremony space as our team wrapped up another day of work.

This space was crafted by placing white folding chairs on either side of a coir mat runway, all of which was encapsulated inside our transparent ceremony tent for added protection against the elements.

Round tables vs rustic trestle tables ✨

Round tables promote a more conversational approach to dining, perfect for events where it's easier to split guests into groups or clusters. Opting for these tables can avoid awkward seating plans where guests feel isolated, letting conversations flow more naturally. Our smaller round tables seat 8 people whilst our larger sizes seat 10.

Rustic trestle tables are often placed next to each other to form rows that span the entire marquee. As such, these tables are great at optimising space, ensuring all guests are accounted for even in tighter setups. Our rustic trestle tables seats 6 people, or 8 if chairs are placed on both ends.

It's important to note that these options aren't mutually exclusive - weddings in the past have used a mix of both table types to craft their dining area!

A couple of months ago we helped setup this beautiful 12x30m Traditional Pole for Tara and Peter's big day. The emphasis on lighting certainly made an impact from above, with a whirlwind of colours emitted from inside the canvas.

We're really happy with how this one turned out, great work from everybody involved. 👏

As we round off yet another fantastic year, we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported us along the way.

In 2024, our team was fortunate enough to travel all across Ireland, allowing us to visit some amazing places and meet some amazing people.

We had the pleasure of working with a handful of clients from across the country, providing expertise to bring their big events to life. We would like to congratulate all of our clients on their incredible events, and hopefully we'll see some of you again soon.

We also want to thank you all for the continuous support on our socials. Whether it's a like or a comment, every interaction is appreciated - we couldn't do what we do without it.
