Kalalau's Kitchen was originally started by Josh's father, Rodney, and was originally known as "Island Style Catering". The next generation has re-opened it and rebranded to Kalalau's Kitchen! We are a private catering & food trailer business bringing the best island food to the PNW. We serve a traditional island style menu, with the ability to add additional items as requested. We serve all of WA

We are so excited to share that we have another baby due April 2025! 🤍 Due to this, we will be limiting the amount of events we accept for the year. We already have a few on the books, so make sure to email us now to lock in your date!

What an INSANE day at Suncadia's Harvest Festival. You guys sold us out!!! 🤙 But don't worry, we are already getting restocked for tomorrow and adding some extras!

We will have a LIMITED supply of spam musubi 😏 Opens at 10 am!!

We are also SO excited to supply at our food trailer in the morning! ☕️ We see the need for caffeine and we plan to bring it to you with our fav coffee!

Day 1 of 4 knocked out at 's Harvest Festival!

1. We loved hearing about Mochiko chicken being a fan favorite, there is just something about it 👌🏼
2. This was our first event in the food trailer where we were not the only food vendor on-site and honestly that part was so much fun. There are some INCREDIBLE food vendors in this community and we loved joining them today.
3. As much as you'd love as a business to own the market, I find it more fun hearing about how everyone was able to get success from today. We will always support other businesses, even competitors, there is room for all of us here. 🤙

Bring the whole fam - Suncadia's Harvest Festival is one of Suncadia's largest events, hosting several food vendors, market vendors, kids activities, hay pyramid, hay maze, pumpkin patch, touch-a-truck, live music, + more! We can't wait to be part of this event.

AND we're back with food trailer service 😎 Summer is always crazy with private events, so we are excited to get into Fall and do some pop-ups. You can find us at Suncadia Resort's Harvest Festival the first two weekends in October!

The event is free to the public - you'll find a hay maze, pumpkin patch, family activities, market vendors, and OUR FOOD 🤙

We are not going to be a full-time operating food trailer, we are going to be event and pop-up based and let me tell you guys, IT'S ALMOST EVENT SEASON WE PROMISE 😉

We currently are trying to get in on an event this month 🤞, but we will be at one in May, more details to come! We will be posting whenever we are popped up in town and we will be adding some new items to the menu! 😜
