"When is your food trailer opening?"

We are not going to be a full-time operating food trailer, we are going to be event and pop-up based and let me tell you guys, IT'S ALMOST EVENT SEASON WE PROMISE 😉

We currently are trying to get in on an event this month 🤞, but we will be at one in May, more details to come! We will be posting whenever we are popped up in town and we will be adding some new items to the menu! 😜

Last summer we packed up and headed to Port Gamble to a cater a wedding for a friend from high school and in May we get to do it AGAIN ✨

It's always so fun seeing familiar faces and working with the same venues.

We always go a little quiet in the winter months, season slows down a bit and we dive into how we are going to step up our game for the next season. We are so blown away with how much this business continues to grow!

May and June Saturdays are booked!! We have limited July, August, and September availability. Still have some Sunday availability - but offering a discount on the following Sundays, DM us if you're interested in May 12, May 19, June 30, and July 21.

We are SO excited to share about our food trailer. Plans have been approved by our local health department and by L&I, which means we are just waiting for L&I to give us an inspection date and approve all the work we've done! Then health department does a final inspection. We are so so close! 🤙

We've had a lot of questions about what our business will look like. Our goal is to run the food trailer locally at events and on occasional weekdays/weekends. We will also be keeping the catering side of the company doing private events. We began booking for 2024 and we are already almost booked!

We've never been more excited to start a new year and season of business. Thank you to everyone who has supported us this far, big things happening and we can't wait to keep going. 💚

Feel free to text us your order and name and we will have it ready for you. This is also perfect for those that want to grab food and head home for Sunday night football 🏈😀

1. Iron Horse is kid-friendly, bring the whole fam to enjoy some food and an adult beverage for the parents
2. You are more than welcome to show up just to grab food from us

Let's talk about our tofu lumpia 🤤

We've been hard at work to have more vegetarian friendly menu items. A menu item we added this year is tofu lumpia and IT'S BEEN A HIT! We've had a couple events add a small amount of tofu lumpia to their menu and their vegetarian guests rated it a 10/10.

Currently just stocked up on some more for a wedding next weekend 👌🏽
