After months of work its finally there my new website. When I finished my previous one I never thought I would built one myself again because of the huge amount of time and energy you have to put into it. Luckily I had great help from emidesign.nl for the smartphone version and last technical hiccups. Thanks again Funda!
The website is prepared for all future upcoming projects and collaborations like Body, Mind & Soul Event, Clubnight ‘Celebrate’ & Djovaroh Records.
The old johanvanrooy.com website is also incorporated and upgraded. If you can find the time have a look and leave a comment. I’m always open for new ideas.😉

De wereld waarin we leven zet je aan het denken. We kwamen op aarde gericht op liefde en geliefd worden. Van jongs af aan ervaren we afwijzing op welke manier of in welke vorm dan ook. Je kunt het 'ervaringen van niet-liefde' noemen die ons laten ervaren en geloven dat we niet goed genoeg zijn zoals we zijn. Van generatie op generatie doorgegeven. De pijn van afwijzing is zo pijnlijk dat we alles proberen om het niet meer te voelen. We onderdrukken het en daarmee onze gevoelens en laten ons hoofd het werk doen. We vervallen in allerlei rollen en patronen die ons doen geloven dat als we eraan vasthouden, we niet meer afgewezen zullen worden. Het veroorzaakt echter dat we ons steeds verder van ons ware zelf verwijderen. Ook herhalende zelfafwijzing weerhoud ons van ons ware geluk.
Uiteindelijk zijn velen van ons bang om ons uit te spreken of om echt onszelf te zijn. Deze wereld deed ons geloven dat gevoelens verkeerd zijn en dat intuïtie niets betekent, en we ons op een bepaalde manier moeten gedragen en handelen om geaccepteerd te worden. Om te mogen zijn.
De rationele geest en het ego als leider van het leven. Naar mijn mening is dit uit de hand gelopen en heeft het eenzaamheid, pijn en lijden veroorzaakt. Hoe zou het zijn om een vreugdevol, gezond leven te leven waar we echt onszelf kunnen zijn en liefde kunnen ervaren. Liefde is helaas vaak belachelijk gemaakt en weggewuifd als onnozel en voorbijgaand.
Maar liefde staat voor compassie, vreugde, verbinding, een warme knuffel, een helpende hand, positiviteit, creatieve expressie, lach, vriendschap, zorgen voor elkaar, afwezigheid van angst, een diepe connectie en nog veel meer. Het is de sterkste en meest helende energie op deze planeet en daarbuiten.
Tijdens ons Body, Mind & Soul event zetten we een eerste stap naar bewustwording en gaan we met een fantastisch team gedurende het eerste deel van de middag met hulp van klankschalen, meditatie, oefening en gesprek naar binnen op het thema ‘afwijzing’. Na de pauze sluiten we af met een cartoon na-synchronisatie workshop. Wat er die dag ook naar boven komt, we gaan samen de dag positief afsluiten in lach.

The world we are living in makes you think. We are born into this world out of pure positive energy. Focused on love and being loved. From a very young age we experience rejection in any way or form. You can call it the experiences of non-love that want to show us and teach us we are not good enough the way we are. Passed by from generation to generation. The pain of rejection is so hurtful that we try anything to not feel it again. We suppress it, and with it our feelings and let our mind do the work. We slip into all kinds of roles, actions and ways that makes us believe that if we stick to it we won’t be rejected anymore. In the end a lot of us are afraid of speaking out or to be truly ourselves.
This world made us believe that feelings are wrong and that the intuitive mind is silly and that we have to be and act in a certain way to be accepted. The rational mind and world as leader of your life. In my opinion this has gotten way out of hand and has caused diversion, pain and suffering. We are all human beings all equal and all want the same, a joyful, healthy life where we can truly be ourself and experience love. Love has been ridiculed and made stupid. But love stands for compassion, joy, connection, a warm hug, a helpful hand, positivity, creative expression, laughter, friendship, taking care of each other, absence of fear and much much more. It is and has always been the strongest and most healing energy on the planet.
During our Body, Mind & Soul event we take a first step towards awareness. During the first part of the afternoon we go inside with the help of singing bowls, meditation, exercise and conversation with main theme 'rejection'. After the break we conclude with an Animation dubbing to Dutch voice acting workshop. Whatever comes up that day, we will end positively together in laughter.
