As the owner of Daughters of the King, I have always had a desire to see women dress their best for success. I have now taken that desire and the information acquired through various courses and training workshops and channeled it into a service that can be used to help individuals, both men and women, young and old, look and feel their best. As an Image Consultant I have come to learn that people

do judge a book by its cover so it's my job to make yours a bestseller. I offer seminars and workshops to companies for their staff and private sessions to individual clients. I offer closet editing, style consultations, personal shopping, colour consultations, hair and make up consultations and complete make overs.

Exposing your children/teens/young adults to new and exciting skills from an early age can really increase their chances of them finding their niche and unlocking their passion sooner rather than later.
The world has changed and we need to change with it.
Sending them to school to simply get an education to get a good job can no longer be our sole narrative.
How about encouraging them to pursue their passions simultaneously?
How about getting them to think about creating jobs as opposed to just working one?

That's what I do as a homeschooling mom.

It was an amazing day!🙌
At least so I've been told🤭. I had to run away for a bit but I left them in the very capable hands of Chef Edwin.

This class filled up so fast and I can understand why.
They made a variety of local breads and bakes, including sada and coconut sweet bread but that's not all.
Both Chef and I go all out when we teach, so in addition to the above we included foccaccia, dinner rolls and tarts.🤯

Some came to learn while others came to hone their culinary skill but all succeded in making some amazing products and gained invaluable knowledge in the process. Chef holds nothing back🫶

Thanks for being here today guys. I look forward to helping you up your game and hone your skills in another area really soon.

Next workshops are tentatively carded for Saturday September 30th , October 28th and November 25th God willing.

We're considering a couples cooking class, a dessert/pastry class and finally a holiday cooking class.

Like many people, I DID NOT like sushi but after learning what I did at our first session and being exposed to the plethora of profiles available I'm now a sushi lover and so are our children.

Who is Aimée-Leigh?
She's our homeschooled daughter and self-taught baker and cupcakery owner.
She started her cupcake business Princess Cupcakes at age 11.
Now 17, she's in the second year of her Bachelor's degree.
She's been around children all her life, as one expects in a family this large, and has an amazing ability to share with and relate to them.
While I will be co-facilitating this workshop, I have no doubt that she can and will handle her students expertly well and impart the knowledge and expertise that she's gained over the years.

It's approaching ten years since Aimee did that Social Studies experiment as part of a homeschool project.
It was the project that introduced her to entrepreneurship and saw the launch of her own business, Princess Cupcakes, a few years later at the tender age of 11.

Due to school and other commitments, we haven't posted much, but that doesn't mean that this 17 year old has not been "baking" her clients dreams a reality.

As the owner of Daughters of the King, I have always had a desire to see women dressing like the royalty they are. I have now taken that desire and the information acquired through various courses and training workshops and channeled it into a service that can be used to help individuals, both men and women, young and old, look and feel their best. As an Image Consultant, I have come to learn that people do judge a book by it's cover so it's my job to make yours a best seller. I offer seminars and workshops to companies for their staff to assist them in appropriately representing the company’s Professional Brand in their Attire, Conduct and Customer Relations, as well as private sessions to individual clients or groups. The latter is accomplished through closet editing, style consultations, personal shopping, colour consultations, hair and make up consultations and complete make overs.

Workshops for teens on a variety of topics that are of interest to them and seminars on parenting and for women specifically are also facilitated.

This is all in an effort to ensure that our personal, professional and familial lives all reflect the excellence of the One in whose image we were created.
