My name is Katie Parks, founder and owner of White Oak Weddings and Events, LLC. I have always had a love for people & hospitality, which is what ultimately what led me to a career in the wedding and event industry. I have compassion for every client & take pride in everything that I do. It is so important to me to make the planning experience as effortless as possible, and an enjoyable one. I lov

e every aspect of the planning process from creative design, detailing & coordination. After working as an Event Coordinator for 5+ years, I am now living my dream by owning my own business. My years of experience in the industry has allowed me to build vendor relationships, with those who take just as much pride in their work as I do. With the collaboration of fabulous vendors, creative design, and expert organization I am able to make every event, a unique and memorable one. Hannah & Colin chose the sweetest way to say “I do” — an intimate celebration .
Soft breezes, historic charm, and their favorite people made St. Michaels the perfect backdrop. After their waterside vows (and a brief rain shower ☔️), everyone gathered in the museum’s iconic boat shed for a cozy, heartfelt reception. Grateful to be part of kind of magic on the Eastern Shore. Cheers to this sweet coupe and their families!

We’re so excited to be back at the next weekend to celebrate R&E’s big day! 💍 The Tidewater House is such a dream—one of our all-time favorite getting-ready spots (especially if you’re a fan of those soft blue & white tones 💙🤍). It’s giving timeless elegance with a side of charm!

The dance floor was electric, radiating energy and pure happiness for the newlyweds. It was impossible not to feel the joy in the air as friends and family celebrated together.
