I still can't get over how much Cliff's cousin's daughter looks just like my Amelia!

Loved this session with this sweet fam so much!

Just delivered this cute gallery! We photographed these two on Levi's Banner family pastures, and I just love how special that is! It was the second time I've had a chance to shoot on their beautiful property where Levi grew up, and the sunset was so gorgeous for us this evening. :)

Poor Megan had to postpone her engagement pics by two months after breaking her nose, but I'd say it was worth it to get some beautiful spring blooms in her photos!

Hey guys! 👋 Me here…Amy Nix, the owner of Amy Nix Photography and creative behind the lens. I’m not the best at being on the other side of the camera so these updated headshots were loooong overdue. I wanted to thank each of you who have supported me over the last four years since I started my own business. Today I am celebrating ANP’s 4th birthday and wanted to express my gratitude to those of you who have been here since day one as well as all the new faces. I appreciate you more than I could ever say.

Before I found photography I honed in on attention to detail as a dental hygienist in the healthcare world. I had always loved photography as a hobby and knew I needed a creative outlet. When my oldest daughter, Hallie, was about six months old I took a risk and begged a local photographer to take me on as his second shooter at weddings. I learned so much technically this way and after a couple years of 2nd shooting I decided it was time to leave the healthcare field and start my own photography business in 2018. My husband, Cliff, is now my 2nd shooter, and we shoot every single one of our weddings together. I am so thankful for the growth I’ve had in my business over the last year, despite half of my years in biz being during a global pandemic. Most of my clients have become dear friends, and for that I am even more thankful. I am super passionate about helping you make your visions come to life and creating images that you will cherish forever.

As always, thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support and for helping me make my dreams a reality. I could never express in words just how much that truly means.

Oversharing these pics because our baby girl turned three last week, and we still don't understand how that's even possible. She's our spitfire, our stereotypical 2nd child, and the one who keeps us on our toes, but she's also our hilarious, adorable, independent little angel who completed our family and who we could not love more. Happy 3rd birthday, Amelia. We sure do love you so.

I think the hardest part about the first couple days after shooting a wedding (other than the sheer exhaustion!) is going through the thousands of photos and trying to narrow down which ones to share for a sneak peek. There are sooo many good ones from this beautiful day!

The cutest little cowboy I've ever seen is about to turn ONE! Brandi and Cody thank you sooo much for allowing me to document his first year of life on multiple occasions and for always letting me come play with your animals/teaching me about farm life. I love it! I hope Hayes has the best first bday and that you love your sneak peek. :)

Hi, all!! I'm so behind on sharing pics here (I do much better at keeping up on Instagram - if you want to follow along!), but I wanted to update you on a couple things right quick while also sharing these recent images from one of my absolute favorite families.

1.) I'm getting lots of 2022 inquiries right now but don't plan to open my spring calendar until mid-January...right now it's likely looking like January 10th will be my spring calendar launch date. I am only going to take a limited number of sessions each season so once those dates are gone I won't be able to squeeze any more in. Thank you for being understanding of this! 2.) Existing clients! If you send Christmas cards this year that include photos I took please send me one! I'm planning to do a giveaway for a FREE mini session this spring as a thank you for your support of my small business. Send me a message for my address :)
