Here’s a few of our favorites from our portrait/media day with the Sherman High School Tide basketball team! There were quite a few more we wanted to post as well, but Facebook has an 80-image “post” limit, so these are the ones we’ve ultimately decided to go with.

The fine folks over at Sherman have been so good to us this past year, and it all started when we photographed the boys basketball team last February. We were glad to be back to take their pictures for the second year in a row!

Made the trip to Putnam County yesterday for some snow photos with Hurricane High School Class of 2025 senior Julia Huddleston!

Alright y’all, I’m officially ready to break out! Would anybody be up to do a snow photo session tomorrow? Tomorrow is looking like it could be the perfect day to do them because it’s supposed to stop, you know, actively snowing. 😂 I can come to you or you can come to me. Message if interested!

During our visit to River View High School this past Saturday, we photographed four teams. During the shoot for the Lady Raiders girls basketball team, Mileigh Goodman also quickly slipped into her volleyball uniform and took a few shots, including this cool one we wanted to share!

The final sports team we photographed in 2024 was none other than the guys from Scott High School’s Skyhawks basketball team. In fact, the Scott basketball team has been our year-ender for three years in a row, and coincidentally, we have photographed them on December 26 each of those three years. December 26 must be Scott’s lucky picture day. Something tells me it’s a tradition that needs to keep on going…

You might see a good laser show at a concert or at a club party...but in photos? That's exactly what we brought out during part of our visit to our McDowell County friends at River View High School this past weekend! It took a little trial and error at first, but we think this is going to be a cool new effect we can offer going forward. 👀😎

It's officially January and there's the possibility of snow in the forecast, so you know what that means...get those snow portraits done! Comment or message me if you'd like to have some snow photos taken when/if we get some. These are great for seniors, families, couples, birthday photos, or pretty much anybody!

2024 was, by far, the busiest year of my life. I didn’t think any year could ever be as busy as 2023 was for me, but 2024 just laughed and said, “Hold my beer.”

For that reason alone, I also consider 2024 to be one of the greatest years of my life. I made a lot of new friends throughout different parts of southern West Virginia and reconnected with some old ones as well. Of course, I made a few significant changes in my life and home on top of it all.

From the bottom of my soul, I want to give my sincerest thank you to everyone who helped me succeed in 2024. Well, wait, I’m a ginger, I don’t have a soul, so I guess my heart will have to do instead. ♥️

Here’s to - hopefully - another successful year in 2025! 🎉 Happy New Year, everyone!
