One thing I haven’t done in about a year is photograph sports action shots. I love doing it, but it’s hard for me to find much time these days. I shot a game at Man last week, but I would call it more of an attempt because I’ll admit I was way rusty. 🥴 Last night, at the request of Coach Kim Smith, I tried my hand at it again by photographing the Mingo Central Lady Miners senior night game against Belfry. Here’s my shots from the game!

The Lady Miners defeated the Lady Pirates by a score of 75-44.

We recently made the drive to Summers County to photograph this young man named Matix Faris, who plays basketball at Pipestem Christian Academy. Matix is the son of Summers County Sheriff Justin Faris. The sheriff wanted some cool pictures of Matix, so we pulled out several effects in our arsenal, including our new laser effect. That area of West Virginia is a gorgeous part of the state, and we certainly hope it’s not our last trip to Summers County!

Internet at my house has been down since early Sunday morning. I spent the evening at my aunt's house in the Logan area and I finished up a ton of stuff. I'm going home now, so therefore, I will be sending out photos as soon as my home Internet access returns. If anybody sends me a message, I will also return those as soon as I'm back online.
