Everyone, please keep in mind that October and early November are usually insanely busy times of year for us photographers. These past two weeks alone have been, potentially, the busiest I have ever had personally. Just this past week alone, I made a trip to McDowell County, Mercer County, Mingo County, photographed a senior and a team on Tuesday, two teams on Wednesday, a senior and an event Saturday, and three seniors on Sunday. Today, I am photographing another team before having a few days off. I also have two other jobs to tend to on top of all that.

With that said, I’m working as fast as I can to finish your photos. I have not forgotten any of you. As much as I often wish I was a machine that could work even harder, I’m sadly not. So thank you all for being so understanding AND for keeping me so busy! You are appreciated more than you know!

I have to say that we really enjoyed making the drive to the Mercer County town of Matoaka on the evening of Halloween to offer some fun spooky mini sessions! So far, we are absolutely loving how these are turning out. Admittedly, I don’t think we ever anticipated doing family photos in a foggy graveyard type of setting, but hey, it worked great. 😂

We want to thank Matoakley's for inviting us. Hopefully it’s the beginning of many more partnerships in the future. We’ll gladly come to Mercer County any time we’re available and you want to have us! We also want to especially thank Ronnie for doing an awesome job on the set!

Two photo jobs yesterday, two today, one tomorrow that's two hours away, two Friday, two Saturday, two Sunday, and two Monday...all while finishing timely things up and juggling my other responsibilities as well. With that said guys, I am doing my best to respond to your messages and things like that. If I haven't responded already, I will, I promise. This past month has been, shall we say...BUSY season and as always, I want to express my sincerest THANK YOU for that. It's certainly not a bad "problem" to have!

I got the chance to stop by the annual Logan Pumpkin House this evening and I have to say, the Woman’s Club of Logan has done (as usual) an outstanding job on the display! This year might be the best one I’ve seen yet. I was told there were over 2,400 pumpkins on display this time around. If you haven’t stopped by to see it yet, you still have until Thursday evening!

Which one of these young ladies will be this year's Miss Man High? Only one way to find out! The winner will be crowned this evening on the Tootie Carter Field for the Hillbillies' homecoming game against the Scott Skyhawks. The game begins at 7:30!

I've spent most of my day in the land of the Pioneers and the Hillbillies today photographing the parade and a couple of middle school Homecoming Court sessions. Photos will be finished and posted ASAP!

Earlier this week, we made our first ever trip to McDowell County to photograph the Golden Knights cheerleaders of Mount View High School! I want to thank these young ladies for having us down AND for braving the cold to have them taken since our original plan of taking them inside wasn’t available.

This photo session also coincided with the debut of new uniforms for the Mount View cheerleading squad’s competition season. We think the unforms look great and we wish the team all the best! 🔥

It was a great Sunday afternoon for a wedding! Congratulations again, Dustin and Lyndsey! (Even if you two have already been legally married since March! 😂)

I ended up taking 2,174 photos at this wedding, so these are just a few quick sneaks of what's to come. I can't wait to edit up the rest of these!
