ADVI means “86.” Jacob David Holguin aka ADVI is a Los Angeles based underground DJ/Producer born on January 1, 1986. Born and raised on the East Coast in Connecticut- Jacob became heavily influenced by electronic music at the young age of 9. Since then, Jacob moved to Los Angeles, dedicated his life to creating and expressing himself through music and runs an Awake & Conscious Art Collective called the “3rd Eye Tribe.”

ADVI is no stranger in the LA Underground scene. He began DJing events in 2012 and can actively be seen DJing at the Gallery inside Exchange LA, After Hours at venues and warehouses alike, or even in the middle of the desert. ADVI’s sound can be described as tribal, groovy, hypnotic & melodic. ADVI is also a resident DJ for the Modern Disco Ambassadors (MDA) and Subliminal Radio by way of Lab Sessions. Just this year ADVI has released records with Subtone Records, Disco Balls Records and has a forthcoming release on Natural Rhythm this November.
