Our Story

Hello! I’m Dani! Welcome to Dani’s Heavenly Bakeshop. I’m a self-taught award-winning baker, cake designer and sugar artist behind the Instagram account danisheavenlydelights.

Baking has always been a steady presence in my life since the age of eight, after receiving my first Easy-Bake Oven. After school, I’d invite neighborhood friends to my house just to have baking parties.

One day during a baking party my Easy-Bake Oven broke. My dad was skillful in the kitchen, especially in traditional southern cooking, and that day he taught me and my friends how to make a cake in a cast-iron skillet. The cake had a fine tender crumb, it was delicious, and I was hooked!

For many years, I continued baking and honing my skills.
