MAJOR BREAKING NEWS FROM DISNEY!

Muppets 3D to close PERMANENTLY.

In addition Aerosmith will be removed from the Rock 'N' Roller Coaster and be replaced by the Muppets.

The Grand Avenue area that house the Muppets 3d will become Monsters, Inc. Land.

We highly suspect Mama Melrose will also be gone in this rebuild.

It seems Mama Melrose will become Harryhausen’s.

The Pizza Rat (PizzeRizzo) is very likely going to become something else as well. The Stage 1 store is likely toast too.

It isn't just the Muppets 3D being cut, the whole surrounding area is being redeveloped.

No closing date has been announced for either attraction.

I would suggest seeing them while you still you can.

It appears the theater itself may survive but will be used for a new Monsters Inc. Presentation.

We will have to wait for further details from Disney as concepts become reality.

So glad I got to experience all these experiences this week one last time.

These still leaves Launch Bay as dud area.

Let the outrage begin.

We have our New Year’s Eve dining reservation for the Magic Kingdom. We like to have dinner get our pictures with Mickey, ride the people mover then about 11p go ride the New Year’s Eve out at the resort.

BREAKING BIG THUNDER NEWS!

Disney has announced "Big Thunder Mountain Railroad will temporarily close for refurbishment on January 6, 2025. The attraction will reopen with a little bit of new magic in 2026."

It will be down for over a year. This is not good news but not unexpected.

The Villains Land was bound to affect Big Thunder and the ride has it's own issues that need to be dealt with.

But I will miss it greatly. Big Thunder is my favorite attraction.

We still have a few months to ride out but after that I will just stand outside it and yell "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" like a crazy person.
