Today we are extremely proud to be playing host to the Fylde Coast £50 Challenge celebration lunch.
Welcoming some of the incredible local businesses taking part in this year’s challenge, the event is the much-anticipated announcement of the winner, as well as the total amount raised through the event to support Trinity Hospice and Brian House Children’s Hospice.
Since launching in 2013, the Fylde Coast £50 Challenge has already raised a total of £304,000 – an incredible amount to support hospice care across Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre for all patients in the hospice, in the hospital and at home.
The challenge sees businesses competing over four months to raise the most out of a £50 starter fund. Participants in the past have held in-office fundraising events, sponsored endurance challenges and charity evenings.
We can’t wait to see what’s been happening this year as part of the challenge, and finding out how much has been raised for Trinity and Brian House.
