PSA- commitments agreements contracts… get a lawyer … dot your “i”s cross your “T”s…  double check the agreement in writing before during & after….
Judgement was made in favor for the “convenience” of one partner over the other. The judge didn’t care and minimized the importance of health and safety of children, several documented incidence of illegal actions,  benefits in areas of; education, financial stability, geographic advantages, and even time spent with parents as the other convenient side feels daycare is essential to children….
In 2014, portfolios were discussed and the partner accepted several assets and benefits confirming the two had an agreement, a commitment, a contract…
The partners then secured financing .
Tyrell negotiated purchase of a Dewitt, IA property with a licensed realtor he had been working with for more than a year, Cassandra Keehner-Ryan -Steiger (the other partner’s best friend)..
After Tyrell negotiated repairs, the closing date was chosen .
Tyrell was unable to attend …. Partner able to attend and realtor, both aware (in possession) of power of attorney paperwork for Tyrell.
The paperwork was changed at closing in his absence, felonies committed due to the agreements commitments contracts…. Tyrell‘s name was removed from purchase/ownership.
Tyrell was never told of the switcheroo, did not find out until 7 months after marriage that the paperwork upon closing was changed. He was tricked and was not an owner of the property. 
….and remember the assets and benefits acknowledged in the agreement the commitment….. signing documents with a church means nothing, signing documents and making commitments with a priest means nothing, signing documents and making commitments during a certified educational process means nothing…
 PSA- get a lawyer from the beginning or you too may lose everything.
