Meet the sisters behind these delicious pots of yummi goodness… Tammy – a mum of 3 and Justine (AKA Bean) – the very talented and well-travelled chef, owner of Justine Lindsay food and mum to be.

We are two hardworking, fun loving, no nonsense farm girls who have grown up with a bounty of fresh produce on our doorstep. Good, wholesome, tasty meals are what we know and love to create for our family.
Teaming up to create meals for Tammy’s 3 busy kids (now 9,6 and 4) we played around and experimented to adapt many a traditional meal to suit the varying pallets of our little munchkins, while ensuring that all their nutritional needs were superbly taken care of. This nutritional input is largely thanks to Bean who applied her knowledge acquired while working with the worlds’ elite sportsmen… none other than Schumi, Hamilton and Rosberg on the F1 circuit.
As a kinesiologist and with a background in Early Childhood Education, Tammy understands the importance of balancing the three dimensions of introducing your little one to solids – the emotional, nutritional and sensational components. It’s then up to the kitchen maestro Bean to ensure that those little meals taste just perfect.
…and with baby Bean on the way, our passion to create balanced mini meals and to share it with the world has been reignited once again. An idea that lay dormant for some time - to bring these amazing pots of deliciousness to your freezer - sprouted and you’ll soon be able to get your hands on these convenient pots of magic while you, dear mummies and daddy’s can enjoy that extra bit of time blowing raspberries with your squidger in the knowledge that their super healthy, scrumptious meals are all taken care of.

Working in F1 is seen as a dream job. But the harsh realities of working in such a high-pressure environment, spending so much time away from loved ones, can exact a mental toll that is hard for many to open up about. That is now thankfully changing, but more still needs to be done
