ring the above and other artists. True to its African identity a 1½ hours musical collaboration between South African and Congolese artists will be showcased during the festival. The celebration of the 16th anniversary of MACUFE comes at the time when the country celebrates the Centenary of the Liberation History of our nation. The Free State province, the home of MACUFE, also the birthplace of the oldest liberation movement on the African continent, was the proud host of the main celebration which was staged in Bloemfontein on the 12th January 2012. A theatre production relevant to this Liberation History will be staged. More details about MACUFE 2012 edition will be communicated in the print and electronic media in due course
