THEY HOSTED AN EVENT THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A PRE-RAMADAAN EXPO BUT IT TURNS OUT THAT IT WASNT EVEN WORTH A CARBOOT SALE.

ALL GOOD AND WELL IT IS THE VENDORS DISCRETION WHICH MARKETS/EVENTS THEY JOIN, HOWEVER.. AS IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ADVERTISE, IT IS AS MUCH THE ORGANISERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE A SUCCESSFUL EVENT FOR EVERYONE!

UPON ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE, THERE WERE NO SIGNAGE OR ANYTHING OF A SORT INDICATING AN EVENT TAKING PLACE MANOR SCHAAPKRAAL.

EVENT STARTED AT 10AM, HOWEVER, TABLES THAT WAS ORDERD AND PAID FOR IN ADVANCE WAS ONLY DELIVERED ROUND 11AM.

THE EVENT WAS QUIET AND AWFUL.
STALL FEE - R2100
SALES - R410 (SATURDAY)
TRADING TIME - 10AM - 9PM

THE LAST TIME ASPIRE PROMOTIONS ADVERTISED THE EXPO WAS BETWEEN 8TH & 9TH FEB..

I HAVENT SEEN ANY ADVERTISEMENTS ON ANY PLATFORMS APART FROM FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM.

THERE WERE LESS THAN 50 PEOPLE AT THE PRE-RAMADAAN EXPO.
SHUKRAN TO THOSE PEOPLE THAT ATTENDED AND SUPPORTED US DURING THIS TIME. WE HIGHLY APPRECIATE IT ❤️.

VENDORS WERE SUPPORTING VENDORS.

WE WERE SHARING OUR ITEMS AMONGST ONE ANOTHER.

SO MUCH FOR PROMISING 1000+ PEOPLE ATTENDING THE EVENT AS TICKETS WERE SOLD ON QUICKET AS ADVISED.

SATURDAY EVENING AROUND 7PM VENDORS WERE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK TO THE ORGANISER..

HIS EXCUSE IS .. HE CANT HELP IF NO ONE TURNED UP. HE SOLD TICKETS. ITS THE VENDORS RESPONSIBILTY TO ADVERTISE THE EVENT .. BLAH BLAH BLAH

TOLD US HE WILL GET BACK TO US AFTER THE EVENT THAT SAME EVENING .. ONLY TO EMAIL CERTAIN VENDORS AROUND 2AM IN THE MORNING TO EXPLAIN HOW THE EVENT WAS ORGANIZED.

A WHOLE BUNCH OF LIES.

ALOT OF VENDORS LOST OUT BIG TIME..

SOME VENDORS TRADED THE 25TH SUNDAY - UNTIL 1PM AS IT WAS EXTREMELY QUIET. VENDORS PACKED UP AND THE ORGANISER WAS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN.

TOO BUSY PLANNING MORE EVENTS .. LIKE THE 1 THEY ADVERTISED ON THE 15TH FEB in DURBAN.

TO ALL VENDORS .. LET US LEARN FROM THIS... LETS DO OUR RESEARCH. LETS SUPPORT EACHOTHER AND MOVE FORWARD TOGETHER..
