📍Olive Rock, Wolseley

November 2021 to April 2022 venue hire: R36 000 for up to 200 guests. September, October, May, June venue hire: R30 000 for up to 200 guests.

Only the Olive rock caterer can only be used, no outside caterer will be allowed. Olive Rock is fully licensed & will meet all your beverage requirements for your function. A Corkage fee of R38.00 per bottle will be charged on all Cap Classique, sparkling wines & wines as per agreement. Barmen @ R600 per barmen. Waiters to serve food, clean and clear tables @ R380 per waiter.

📍Idiom Wines, Stellenbosch

The iconic architecture provides the perfect Cape Winelands setting for an event. Old World classically styled Roman arches and stone clad porticos support a contemporary New World timber pavilion and concrete wine tasting cube.

Full exclusivity of the Idiom venue incorporates the Idiom Restaurant, Terrace and the Arches function room. !e reception & ceremony can be held on the viewing lawns, in the picnic site or in the surrounding venue.
Tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins and placemats for 110 guests. Helipad, fully serviced kitchens and cleaning staff.

Microphone & indoor sound system for speeches and music (upstairs and downstairs), fully licensed bar facilities, ice buckets and 2 large fireplaces equipped with wood. Idiom will receive deliveries during the day leading up to the event at no extra cost as long as there is no other event scheduled.

Arrival canapes R250 a person. 3 Course Banqueting Menu R500 per person.

No candles are allowed on the property due to fire risk.

📍Diamant Estate, Paarl

Package 1
Exclusive use of all Diamant Estate facilities on the day of the event, 4 x Manor House Luxury double bedrooms for the night of the wedding (8 guests) check-in from 12h00 and breakfast included for the morning after the event (8 guests). If you would like to get ready at Diamant Estate on the day of your wedding, please ask for rates to add this to your package.

Summer Rates 2023 – R65 000.

Diamant Estate is a fully licensed venue. Should you wish to bring in your own wine, you will be allowed to bring in one variant and corkage will be charged at R45.00 per 750ml bottle.

📍Penhill Farm, Nuy Valley

Venue Hire - R12 000.00 + R275 per additional person over 40 guests All accommodation must be rented. R91 042 for 2 nights.

For weddings under 40 guests Penhill will make available all our existing inventory of crockery, cutlery, furniture and both indoor and outdoor tables and chairs for your wedding, however, for any shortfall in your requirements, and for weddings over 40 guests we would recommend that you hire this in. No furniture or other items may be removed from the cottages.

Guests can supply their own bar and bar staff but will need to make use of the Penhill wines. We are able to arrange a full bar service at reduced prices should you require. Should you wish to bring in your own wines we charge a corkage of R60 per bottle of wine.

For weddings over 40 guests a mobile kitchen needs to be set up, hiring costs will be pre-arranged with the guests based on the agreed upon menu.

24 pax can sleep on the premises. R736 pp food for weekend
R2500 pp.

📍Vondeling Wines, Paarl

This venue is against the majestic Paardeberg mountain in Paarl. St Clement Chapel is conveniently situated alongside the function venue. The transition to the reception is seamless . Up to 100 guests. 1 September - 30 April: R495 per person. Minimum charge of R21 100. St Clement’s chapel and the venue, Set up of tables & chairs, settings of tables, tables, chairs, table linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware, cleaning up after the event and on the day manager. They have a list of suggested caterers. They do have a Cape Dutch farmhouse for your guests. 14 guests at R14 000 per night. This includes a full English breakfast.Only Vondeling wines may be used. Fully licensed bar available at R1350 per event. A second barman will be required @ R880 for more than 60 guests.

2022 rates. 22 guest: R120,000 Summer (excludes flower season) and R85,000 Winter (May to July) Includes: 2 Nights accommodation, dinner night before wedding for guests, lunch platters on day of wedding for up to 24 guests, Wedding Cake, Complementary massage for couple, Lodge wedding coordinator, All lodge tables, linen, crockery and glassware. Reception dinner at @ R850 pp includes canapes.

Up to 60 guest R150,000 Summer (excludes flower season) R105,000 Winter (May to July), 3 Nights accommodation for 22 guests, dinner on both nights before the wedding, lunch platters on day of wedding for up to 24 guests, Wedding Cake, Complementary massage for couple and a shuttle service to and from Clanwilliam. Reception dinner at @ R950 pp includes canapes.

It is a beautiful lodge. You can ask your guests R1500 per person for 2 nights and R1800 per person for accommodation and dinners. 2: R30 000 and 3: R36 000.

📍Kleine Valleij, Wellington

Kleine Valleij is located in Wellington. For Summer 2024 you can expect R43 700 for venue hire. Included is: white plinth for the minister, wooden table for signing of the register and two white plinths for the confetti. For the pre-dinner there are 2 lounge pockets, 2 Malawian chairs, Malawian couch, a coffee table, two cocktail tables, 8 white cocktail chairs and 1 white Mobile bar. For the reception: 15 x Wooden raw tables, 150 x ghost chairs, Silver cutlery, Crockery, Glassware, a DJ booth and 2 Venue staff members. Kleinevalleij Estate’s inhouse decor company is Baie Goeters and inhouse catering is Taste Ateljee. The amazing photographer capturing these images are Krust. (We are in love)
