Yesterday we catered for a beautiful wedding at Alphen Hall Constantia.👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️❤️🍾🥂

Starter: Beef wellington
Main course- Buffet: roast chicken, roast potato, oven baked veg, lasagna, Silverside meat, lamb curry, rice and hake fish.
Dessert: Malva and custard.

Saturday we catered for a wedding at Klein Zevenwacht, Kuilsriver.

Starter: Chicken Roulade with cream sauce, mushrooms, Cucumber and tomato

Main: Lamb Curry and basmati rice, carrot salad, lasange, cream fillet chicken, garlic potatoes, leg of lamb and sweet butternut

Dessert: Orea Sweet heart with chocolate sauce.
