Join us on an enchanting journey diving into the sacred realm of ceremonial cacao—a heart-centered way to commence the year, rooted in ancient Mayan and Aztec traditions. This practice unlocks pathways to loving, creative, and blissful experiences, inviting a resounding YES to life! Immerse yourself in the incredible benefits of Ceremonial Cacao as we breathe with intention, move mindfully with focused intent, anchoring ourselves in the depths of inner love and bliss.

Our approach to silent meditation is innovative. Unlike traditional Vipassana practices requiring extended periods of stillness, our modern lives often pose challenges to such practices. Understanding this, we provide an opportunity for exploration, recognizing the difficulty in disconnecting from our daily routines. During Silent Sitting, we bid farewell to the conversation, music, the internet, and devices. Our society thrives on constant movement and digital engagement. We harmonize modern understanding with meditative practices, providing a contemporary gateway to the bliss of yoga. To facilitate immersion, our headphones aid the experience, guiding participants with sound frequencies promoting stillness. If discomfort arises, simply remove your headsets, embrace the ocean, and try again

Program Flow:

Arrival 3:30 pm to land

16:00 Welcome and Opening

16:10 Ceremonial Cacao

16:25 Guided breathing, mindful movement

17:45 Silent Sitting

18:45 Closing

19:30 Sunset After Party: Earthy Human Music (Tickets: R100 on site, R150 online)

*Lucky Bird & Groovy Bird tickets include the Sunset after-party.

Silent Summer encourages sobriety during the Silent Sitting session (4-7 pm) for maximum benefit. However, the organizers understand that some participants may want to enjoy drinks and snacks with friends, allowing festivities to resume during the after-party from 7:30 pm. The overall goal is to maintain balance and peaceful energy while enjoying the beach party experience.
