I don’t do refunds but for some reasons i recently refunded a client who was seriously rude for no just cause.
Was a huge mistake from her side, tried to calm her down to explain with receipts that I didn’t make the mistake but her kept yelling and cursing even though I was still calm.
She later read through our chats only to find out she was wrong all along but by this time I have had enough of her rudeness.
I don’t support it but before you start yelling and cursing off someone, please make sure you’re right at least, you can’t be insulting and yelling and be wrong at this time.
She kept apologising after releasing but I know she didn’t mean that, she only apologised because now am serious on refunding her even though I had already started her job which was due for the next day.
She went ahead saying she didn’t know I was from her country as well as she just found out. (Like For real! Is that an excuse for being mannerless??)
Over here, we don’t entertain any kind rudeness I don’t care how much you willing to pay….
If I can’t be nice or pretend to be nice please stay far away.
I had to refund her not just of had happened but because of the future, clients like this are TROUBLE and will somehow still find something to complain about or even bring Bad name to your business. NOT ALL MONEY IS GOOD MONEY!
I love my job, but My business and peace remains my top priority.
