Firstly, we would like to thank all who came out to support and celebrate going into the new year with us. This was our first New Years eve celebration and the fact that many of you believe in what we do and support us, means so much to us!

We understand that for some patrons, there were a few difficulties experienced on the night and we would like to use this post to address those concerns, take responsibility and most importantly apologise for the issues some of you experienced on the night.

We understand that especially the food service and bar service at our peak times were a major concern in the feedback we had received, and we apologise profusely. This was an oversight on our part and we do understand that there were too few food options available which resulted in a tedious wait as well as experiencing issues with our card machines in the bars. In future we will ensure that these are our top priorities as we understand the frustrations that come with waiting in long lines when you would rather be enjoying the show.

To those affected, we, the Hillcrest Quarry team, apologise for the frustrations and inconvenience caused at this event.
If you have any feedback, please let us know, however, we ask that you keep the criticism professional. We promise to live up to your expectations in future.
