Public Rel Ngamla Productions was founded by Babalwa Ngcukana in 2005.

The company started off as a dance academy for the youth aged 5-18 years old. Babalwa (a.k.a Bubbles) was the choreographer accompanied by two other professional dancers. The production then hosted dance shows to exhibit the Production's talent. Babalwa's interests have always been in the Arts. Her interests then evolved into music and then to events. She broadened her horizons and created an ente
