I started making a pancake cake… but didn’t flip enough. Make more? Please, I’m not running a 24-hour pancake factory. 😎 So now we’ve got a petite pancake stack. Filled with gooey salted caramel and a whole lot of attitude. Let’s call it artisan rustic chic. Still fabulous. Still not making more.😅

PS. Guess what? It fed 3 families of 4, perfection in disguise.

A One Piece cake. (Theme:Anime)
Character: Luffy

The cake is covered in chocolate ganache. The words, character and page is made with chocolate. The red base is fondant.

Everything is made from scratch. I thought I'll take this opportunity to practice my shading (colour in) of the character.
