Date: 26 January 2025

Re: Sixty Forty Partnership Agreement Between Empiretainment Records and Ubaba Wenu Holding Pty Ltd.

On this day Sunday of 26th January 2025 both the above companies reached an agreement to work together. Ubaba Wenu Holding Pty Ltd will own 40% of Empiretainment Records.

Thanduxolo Mzobe will be the Chief Operations Officer and Zweli Mabaso will be a new Marketing and Sales Director. The record label currently have one artist signed under it which is "Junior T" and it still looking to sign 2 more artists by June this year.

We looking forward to a very fruitful business venture and we hope to make a difference in the music industry.
