Our separate Bo***ir ‘studio’ available for separate rental from the studio . The best way to explain it is in a video .

Standard as it is , items can be moved around.

If you book the studio you have access to this room by default , should you wish to book just the bo***ir room we do offer this . Contact us today to shoot some magic here ! All rooms/studio have decent sound bars , fridge access and access to the cappuccino machine. Safe secure and very private . And so the studio is getting some finishing touches …. graffiti wall almost complete . This space is quite large 12mx12m room 6m high ceilings .infinity curve is 6m wide by 8m long cleanly painted on each rental . Side doors that can open to accomodate most cars . Change room , meeting room , bathroom, fridge , Harmon Kardon sound bar and cappuccino machine .
