Unauthorized hawkers especially those who cook and sell food anywhere within a radias of 100m around Da Road Park on the Day of Hats & Shades Jol are totally prohibited.

Offenders will be prosecuted accordingly.

The selling of food is granted to certain service providers who went through required procedures as well as complying with all acts governing such business. All sellers are included in a floor plan and also allocated a designated area to utilize as part of the safety majors put in place by the organizing committee.

This is mainly to guard against any risk that might be created by non compliant sellers or law infringers.
