Allow yourself to experience these emotions rather than suppressing them. Maintain a positive outlook and remind yourself of past successes. Visualize a successful outcome and use affirmations to boost your self-esteem. You have to keep moving forward and take action, even if it’s just a small step. Progress, no matter how slow, is better than stagnation.
Remember that setbacks are a natural part of life, and overcoming them can lead to personal growth, greater resilience and understanding of self.

Sometimes both happen simultaneously and it’s not by accident, it is the universe working in your favour and we don’t see that until we are on the other side of it all.
