"Official Statement from Sbuda Deluxe, Founder & Organizer of Trap-House

To all valued supporters and stakeholders,

I'd like to address the recent developments regarding A-REECE's scheduled performance at Trap-House 2024. As the founder and organizer, alongside Mpho "Empizzle" Machitje and other stakeholders, we've consistently delivered exceptional experiences featuring top South African acts like Reason, MA-E, Miss Cosmo, Younga Chief, Dj Capital, Dj Slique, Kyotic, Zan-D and more.

This year, we secured A-REECE!! We confirmed his availability and paid the required deposit in full. However, on Monday at around 3 am, we were surprised by a social media post stating A-REECE would not perform at our event.

We immediately contacted his team and booking agency, but no one was aware of the reason behind the post, as all booking arrangements were finalized. It appears A-REECE is the only one who can provide clarity, as he controls the page.

Despite numerous attempts from the booking agency, myself and other individuals in his circle, A-REECE has not responded to our requests for him to make confirmation video explaining and apologizing for this whole confusion because we believe it should all come from the horses mouth.
So up until this very moment, we still do not know why that post was made.
We delayed making this statement hoping for his confirmation, but unfortunately, he remains unresponsive.

We'll issue another updates tomorrow regarding any further developments.
