Kindlewood Soirees prides itself on hosting exclusive soirées featuring professional artists in small venues for 35 to 60 guests across the Johannesburg area. 🎨🍇
About Kindlewood Soirees:
Kindlewood Soirees is a unique platform that pops up in private homes and restaurants, offering an exquisite blend of artistry, casual dining, and, of course, delectable wines and beverages. With a high degree of predictability and pre-orders generated for each event, our partnership promises an opportunity for wine merchants to showcase their wines in an environment where joviality is paramount. 🏠🍷
Service Details:
Scope: Providing a wine and beverage service at our events. 🍾🥂
Promotion: Brazenly promote your products within an acceptable standard. 📣👍
Sales: Handle all cash sales during the event. 💵💳
Pre-Orders: Kindlewood will generate pre-orders, and all cash for these orders will be EFT'd 24 hours in advance of the event. 💸📅
Commission: A 5% commission will be applied to all sales generated by pre-orders (to cover costs relating to bank processing fees and website administration). 💰✅

Other considerations: Service provider should also provide water, and non-alcoholic beverages. Some venues will provide glasses, but service provider should be able to provide at their cost where required. Service provider to reimburse its staff yet tips are allowed. All wine service paraphernalia, openers, cloths, aprons, etc to be provided by service provider. *Kindlewood is not a licensed entity*, service provider should hold a relevant license for popup events.
