I studied Hospitality Management at UJ and worked in the Johannesburg events industry for a number of years. This provided excellent and intensive experience in planning and coordinating of weddings, festivals and various functions. I mov

ed to the Garden Route in 2008 , fell in love with the area and its splendor. I am well-known in the area and have done many events and weddings throughout the Garden Route and Karoo.I started working from a very young age and with that came the invaluable experience needed to see the potential for a company like Wedding and Event Collection. The wedding and entertainment industry is saturated with suppliers. Most have set packages and do not always take a client’s specific needs into consideration. We pride ourselves in client satisfaction. The design, planning and management of your function are taken care of. We adapt to your needs, giving you a bespoke service. During my travels between Johannesburg and George I met a wonderful man whom I get to call my husband very soon – I will share pics of our special day here later! We love this - its very funny!! An average wedding is... about 300 hours...between 700 and 1000 emails... many calls.. some tears, a little shouting at the wall from time to time, many happy moments, psychology sessions with all involved, being able to build/sew/cook/serve/decorate/style flowers/control the rain/tame the wind ... and the endless list of other attributes... AND about 20 to 50km on your feet.
