Mix 2 tablespoon six gun, 1 tablespoon paprika and 2 tablespoon oil then rub you chicken.

Grill at 180ยฐc for 30-45min keep brushing with your mixture.

Bunns recipe

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoon cooking oil
3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup Luke warm water

Method

In a bowl with warm water mix yeast salt and sugar leave for 10 to 15min then mix flour and baking powder add the mixture, on flat surface dust with flour and kneal your dough for 5min. Let it rest for 1hour , then shape your dough to small balls Leave it for another 10min than Bake it for 30min.

Pap and seshebo.

Ingredients
Handful Cabbage /1/4
Onion
Diced peppers
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic
1 teaspoon sixgun spice
1 grated tomato
1 Tin bullbrand corned meat

Method
Fry Onion And peppers till soft add garlic and all the spices till fragrant then cabbage mix well keep frying till soft add grated tomato fry till juices from tomato dry and add Corned meat let 8t cook for 5min and serve with papa or dumplings

Oven grilled Quarter chicken and savoury Rice

Rice
Baby spinach
Grated carrots
Shredded onion
Garlic

In big pan or pot melt table spoon butter or butter then add Onion fry till soft then washed spinach till soft as well make sure I drain access water from spinach if needed also add another tablespoon butter , add carrots and garlic fry futher 5min then your cooked rice fry and season with Topclass Aromat enjoy

You can pair it with tin fish or stew.

Chicken Gizzard

You will need:
2cups chicken Gizzard
1/2 chopped onion
1 tspn garlic and ginger
3 tblspn cooking oil
1 tspn paprika
1/2 tspn tumeric
1 tspn all spice masala
1 tspn soya sauce salt for taste

Fry Onion on medium heat till soft the add all spices stir for 1min or till fragrant then add your Gizzard mix well then let it cook for 2min with it's juicy if not add 1/2 cup of water then cook for 20min to 30 enjoy with toasted bread or rice
