Quick stew recipe!

I like stew because you can never really have the same thing twice. You change your spices and you’ve got a whole different pot of stew.

inspired homemade fakeaways😍

spicy roasting kit spice
chicken spice
Cajun chicken spice
Yello Lemon juice
Nando’s mild peri peri sauce
Mayonnaise
fresh cream

Coat chicken in spices and fry gently on stove top until done

Mix lemon juice, peri peri sauce and mayonnaise

Add to chicken while stove is on low, make sure chicken is coated. Simmer until chicken is cooked through

Splash a bit of cream and simmer doe a few more minutes.

Serve, sit back and enjoy the praise 😃😃

Beef stock cube
Tomato paste

Such a proud moment for me,

My babies asked for a recipe for banana bread, we checked Pinterest and this is what came out of it.
