NOTICE OF SEPARATION AND NEW DIRECTIONS

To Our Valued Customers

We are writing to inform you that the ownership and management of North C&E have decided to part ways, effective immediately. After careful consideration and negotiations, the parties involved have mutually agreed to dissolve their partnership and pursue separate interests.
As a result, our managers and owners will be establishing their own independent branches and companies, allowing each entity to flourish and expand in their respective directions .
