As we plough through the pages, some of us may find ourselves triggered. Mental illness often presents itself as a disguise and often goes unnoticed, untreated or highly underestimated. It is the monster with many faces.
Isn't it a good thing this country has many free services on offer? Here's a list. Most of these are anonymous 24-hour Toll-free numbers as well😉. Hopefully we can all get help as we work through our individual internal struggles.

With reading in full swing, the gang has so far confirmed (as expected) that this is our best selection yet! Big Ups Team!! 👊 We have definitely come a long way from our first "book"😅.
In our Aug/Sept read, Relebone leaves no stone unturned when it comes to mental illness issues and the ,often times, subtle yet significant havoc that it wreaks on one's thoughts and subsequent behavior.
Here's a snippet where she vividly describes one of her encounters with an almost "wanted" death.
