FOH needed for a luxurious family owned lodge in Limpopo South Africa (due to accommodation setup and demographics the position is for a female position). She needs to have loads of energy and be 100% committed to running a lodge at a very high standard and who loves to spoil guests, ensuring they have an excellent stay.
She must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be very hard working, warm & friendly, well spoken & well presented
Completely fluent in English.

FOH REQUIREMENTS:
• Administration, accounts and stock control.
• Quality control of food, food presentation and service and overseeing menus.
• HR – being in charge of a small team of housekeepers
• Motivating staff and leading them.
• Minimum 2-4 years in Front of House in 4-5 star establishments
• Must have grade 12 and be computer literate
• Excellent sales & customer care skills
• Strong admin skills
• Knowledge of Stock control in bar, food & curios departments
• Have good organizational skills
• Drivers licence
• Knowledge in Innkeeper or other reservations management systems an advantage but not essential
