Bakers things we are leaving in 2024
‼️Undercharging, know your target market. If your clients can’t afford Woolies products, find a good alternative. It’s not about being affordable it’s about making a profit.
‼️You don’t need to sell EVERYTHING to make money. Focus on what you’re amazing at and make it work for you.
‼️There are orders that aren’t worth the headache. Avoid rude customers, customers that negotiate, customers that want to tell you how to run your business (trust me they follow company rules in other companies, they’re just undermining you because they think they’re doing you a favour)
‼️Being rude to potential customers, existing customers, there are days where we may slip up but let’s try by all means to have exceptional customer service. Communicate with your customers if there are delays or changes. Don’t leave them in the dark, most customers aren’t monsters if you communicate effectively.
‼️If you are lazy to create content for your business you’re sleeping on money, there’s a market you haven’t tapped into that requires you to put yourself out there, through content creation. Document everything, start with what you have and work with it.
‼️If you plan to hire , check ALL references, never hire someone for a skill you can’t do yourself. Make sure you can do EVERYTHING you sell so that their absence doesn’t mean you can’t work.
Anything I missed?
