You know I've been in this game for way too long. 15 years into this DJ game and it hasn't been easy. Learned a lot of things on my own, including DJing. Everything that I have done, learned or archived I've did it on my own. No help whatsoever! I do have friends who made it to the top in this industry and I've never asked them for anything, no help, no connections, no money... Absolutely nothing!
I am proud of myself. Everything that I am is happening because God is here, my ancestors are here and mostly my family is here (My mother and sister) that's why I always say that no one is gonna claim my success. YES SUCCESS! I've said it. I am gonna succeed and it will be all through my hard work. No handouts, no nothing...
I've learned the streets on my own, no brother, no squad, nothing... No one taught me how to play Vinyl or CDJs, I didn't even go to school for that. I did it by myself. The knowledge that I gained is through my hard work. All the people that I met I did it on my own. All the gigs that I've got, I've got on my own. I am gonna be doing 16 years this year in this game and believe me this is the year where everything pays off.
I am thankful to everyone who believes in me, those who include me in their events, those who host me and those who made sure I got paid while doing it. I am very thankful for all that! Funkmattik as a brand is going far and all will be happening through hard work. I am not well-known yet but I too will get my chance and that is now🔥🔥🔥🔥🤌🤌🤌🤌
