We were honoured to do the yearend event of the NG Gemeente Oosterlig last week and what an absolute joy it was to plan and prepare the menu.
Starters were served on arrival and consisted of Caprese salad on a stick, meatballs with pickles and olives and fruit scewers with mint-sugar.
After the proceedings, dinner was served.... pita breads with various fresh julienned greens, slaw, tomato salsa, lamb koftas, mediterranean chicken, toped with tzatziki sauce and pickled red onion. A Mexican corn salad was served on the side for those who didn't have any space left in the pitas and those pitas were stuffed!
Some sweet pastries were served with coffee for those who had any space left, and they all did.

Many thanks to Hannelize for the opportunity to once again be of serves to the church and congregation.

Year-end event for "Latin Look Dancing Studio" at Waterkloof Gulf Club. Thank you Sonja for your continuous support. The menu consists of Moroccan Lamb stew with savoury couscous, Chicken Paella, Panini with Mediterranean fillings, Chickpea and Butternut Thai Green curry with Basmati rice and for dessert, a medley of Fresh Cut-Fruit and Berries.

We have come to the end of the nine week catering marathon for POP24 the in-house production team of Media 24. We have served 968 plates of food from 67 different dishes without repeating any dishes. It was challenging but so rewarding even getting up at 4am to deliver breakfast at 6am or deliver lunch at 12pm at two locations 25km apart. Some meals had to be vegetarian, low carb, dairy free, gluten free, no peanuts, only chicken, no tomato and no onion. Many thanks and appreciation to Ryno and Lea for trusting us with this huge project.

We have the privilege of doing catering for POP24, the in-house production company of Media24. We are halfway with this 9 week project. The brief is low-carb, healthy, tasty meals and include vegetarian, non-dairy, no sugar and no pork meals as well.
We love being creative with food and design our own recipes and menus that tantalise and surprise.
