AbsyntheRockStarChefs brings together a fusion of gastropub & modern tastes, executed by using out-door cooking techniques to tantalize the taste buds of food-lovers in Jozi.
Taking inspiration from French, South African & Latin-American dishes, a mix of street-food, tapas and seasonal mains (with the innovative use of mouth-watering preserves made by the team) are created to bring extra layer of flavours like you’ve never experienced/tasted before.
