I am an experienced and compassionate marriage officer. I understand that each couple, and each ceremony, is a unique expression of love and commitment. I have a passion for bringing people together in communities, and each ceremony I perform takes into careful consideration the couple, the ideals and personalities within that couple.
Being qualified under the Civil Union Act of 2008 allows me to perform both heteros*xual and same s*x couple marriages. I am able to both solemnise intimate, and private weddings, or perform the ceremony at large, formal weddings. As a non-religious marriage officer, I officiate marriages for couples of any cultural background.
I like to create a space where couples, from any cultural and religious background, feel safe and comfortable.
I strongly believe that even traditional weddings have room for the couple to communicate their personal feelings, and express their individuality.
I will also meet with you as often as required to ensure that I know and understands your needs, and that you feel confident in me and my services.

Formal and traditional weddings
Even when following tradition to the letter, a wedding should reflect a couple’s hopes and unique love. I ensure that both traditional values and personal preferences are adhered to through careful consultation with the couple.
My dedication to privacy, empathy and discretion have made me the choice of various celebrity couples who value the privacy and intimacy of being married in their homes. This service is available for anyone who prefers a small-scale private ceremony.
Marriage registrations
If your wedding was conducted by someone who is not a registered marriage officer, a not uncommon practice, I can take care of all the necessary paperwork and registration for you. Alternatively, for couples who do not wish to conduct a ceremony, I can ensure your marriage is properly registered. I will ensure all this is done without you having to see the inside of the Home Affairs offices!

The admin of marriage is often overshadowed by the romance – but it’s equally important. I will ensure all requirements for legal registration are met, and keep you away from Home Affairs offices in the process.
I am willing to travel in certain circumstances and can accommodate most out of town weddings.
