Bakery Administrator & Online Order Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bakery Administrator to oversee internal and external orders for our upmarket bakery and manage incoming website orders. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing bakery operations, including internal orders for our own restaurants and external customer orders.
2. Preparing and sending quotes, with timely follow-ups to clients.
3. Coordinating and managing deliveries to ensure efficient service.
4. Maintaining excellent customer relationships and providing outstanding support.
5. A friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail.
7. A valid driver’s license.
8. Bilingual proficiency in both Afrikaans and English.
